Cookeville: Funeral services for Emogene Crawford, 80, of Cookeville, will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 2, from the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Baxter.

Mrs. Crawford died on Thursday, January 30, 2003, in Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born on May 23, 1922, in Putnam County, TN to the late Martin and Bertha Mahan Allison. Mrs. Crawford was a homemaker and a member of Cookeville First Presbyterian Church. She was retired from the Keene Corporation, formely of Cookeville.

Her family includes a son and a daughterinlaw, Charles and Linda Crawford of Cookeville; a sister, Mable Cusick of St. Petersburg, FL; and two granddaughters, Elizabeth and Sarah Crawford.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Darweda Crawford, who died on September 26, 2001; a sister, Alma Boyd; and four brothers, L.P.; Albert; J.T. Allison and an infant brothers.
