Walter D Batchellor's obit said his sister, Charlotte Shepperd of Denver attended. He died at home. He was too sick with pneumonia (Lobar) to move to a hospital and was under an oxygen tent. He was a well-know accountant. A Mason, he had the rites at the consitory, Rose Croix. Service was at 2 p.m. Friday with his body sent to Denver for burial.
