-----
Mrs. Sallie Baum, living near Dressy, died at her home Thursday. There must have been nearly 200 persons present to bear some part in paying the last tribute of love and respect to one so highly esteemed. She leaves 10 children. Sister Baum was a good woman, a good neighbor, and a loving mother. She was a devout member of the Methodist Episcopal Church South. Mr. George Baum of near Dressy and Chesley Baum, the druggist of Cross Plains, also Mrs. Holland Bond, were three of the older children.
/s/ T.H. Davis, her pastor.
