Ionia Daily Standard, 21 Mar 1905
Mrs. Fannie T. Luce died of paralysis on Monday, at the age of 62 years. Her husband died about four years ago, and she has since carried on the farm.
Funeral at Ronald homestead, on Wednesday, at 12:30. Interment, Palo cemetery.
Relationship with father Benning Wentworth Barber proved through DNA (descendants of Henry and Frances are related).
Note: Early records have her born about 1836. Her parents were in Michigan by 1840 and she claimed to be born in Ohio where they lived before Michigan. For these reasons she was certainly not born 1843 and more likely c 1836 but she "Would not tell her age". The date of her birth was also in the family bible which belonged to her.
