Son of Joseph Levi Moone and Eva Elizabeth King Moone.
Levi Edwin Moone died at age 81, on March 3, 1996. He was of Kilmarnock, Virginia. He was survived by his wife, Roxanna E. Moone; one daughter, Martha Jane Sutherland of Lee's Summit, Mo.; two grandchildren, Doug Sutherland of Dover Air Force base, Dover Deleware; and Carol Sutherland of Lee's Summit, Mo. One great-granddaughter Brittany Sutherland; two brothers, Harvey Moone of Richmond, and John B. Moone of Livingston, Texas; and two sisters, Jeanette Bell of Annandale and Bessie M. Sparks of Scotts Hill, Tenn.
Services were held Wednesday at the Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock with interment in Clifton Ridge Cemetery. Pallbearers were Cyrus Hatings Hutchings, George Edward Hutchings, Dr. Mounir Boulos, Joseph Self, Harry Lee Self, George W. Moon, Jr., Doug Sutherland and John Watson.
He was predeased by twin daughters.
