Glen Lionel Jernigan, born in Putnam County, Tennessee January 12, 1943 to Glenis Jernigan and Martha Maxwell Jernigan, passed away at Norman Regional Hospital, May 3, 2001 at age 58. He made his home in Moore, Oklahoma.

Survivors are his wife, Jeanette Dunkin Jernigan of the home; one son, Scott of North Carolina; three daughters, Tammy and Lori of Kansas and Shannon of Texas; two step-children, Harold of Wynnewood and Shawntina of Moore; thirteen grandchildren, five step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; his mother, Martha Jernigan of Tennessee; two brothers, Lannie Jernigan of Tennessee and Rick Jernigan of Moore and several nephews.

Preceded in death by son, Randy Jernigan and father, Glenis Jernigan.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 7, 2001 at the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel in Moore with Rev. Jerry Ingram officiating. Interment to follow at Moore City Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel, Moore.
