Ted Johnson of Sylvia,age 56,passed away on Monday at Hot Springs Ark. He was stricken with a heart ailment while on vacation six weeks ago. He was a linesman for Kansas Power and Light co. for more than 25 years ago.
Surviving are the Widow Freda of the home,daughters,Mrs. Bonnie Patterson of Lawrence,Mrs. Lorna Schultz of Sylvia,mother Mrs. Nora Markle of Sylvia, sisters, Mrs. P. A. Davis of Louisville,Ky.,Mrs. Buck Martin of Sylvia,brother Arthur of Hutchinson and one grandchild.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Methodist church in Sylvia with burial in the Sylvia cemetery.
