Mr. L. A. Forbes died at his home on Sunday. Interment took place at city
cemetery Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. Funeral services by the Union veterans, led by
Col. Jones. Deceased was a veteran of the Civil war. He leaves a widow and five
sons to mourn their loss.
