Alfred Thrasher, 86, of Campbell, Mo., died Thursday, Aug. 16, 2007, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Born Sept. 13, 1920, in Campbell, son of Louie and Annie Brooks Thrasher, he was employed at John's Produce and he attended the Assembly of God Church in Campbell.
On Nov. 23, 1946, in Piggott, Ark., he married Mary Neola Reed, who preceded him in death on Jan. 7, 1988. He was also preceded in death by an infant son, Freddy.
Survivors include friends, Sandy Neal Morgan and Cheryl Neal Parish.
No visitation planned.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 18, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bruce Vinson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery at Campbell.
