Francis Marion Allen was the son of Samuel Jackson Allen and Caroline Marie Davids. He married Mary Isabelle Putnam on the 15th of Nov 1911 at Paris, Bear Lake, Idaho. They had 7 children: baby boy who was born & died on the 6th of Oct 1912 at Hawkins Basin, Bannock, Idaho; baby boy Allen who was born & died on the 10th of March 1914 at Hawkins Basin, Bannock, Idaho; Caroline Marie Allen; Samuel James Allen; Kenneth Marion Allen; Twila Mae Allen and Beth Eliose Allen.
