Information is known about only five of these children: Margaret M., who married George Washington Miller; Adeline who married Elijah Hardcastle; Lucy; John Wesley, who married Martha Bowlin Euzene Alley; and Thomas Wesley, Sr. who was married first to Anna E. York and second to Mattie Irola Henderson.
Another possible daughter was a Jennie or Jenntie Lantrip, who married John Hamill in Milam Co., TX. There was also a Susan Lantrip who married William Hobbs. This Susan was listed as living with George and Mary Ann Lantrip in the 1870 and 1880 Censuses, but is believed to be the daughter of George's twin brother, James.
Mary Ann Lantrip and her family were Methodists. Her husband George was ordained as a deacon in that denomination.
Mary Ann (Baggett) Lantrip died Nov. 20, 1903 in Milam Co., and is buried there with her husband, Rev. George Wesley Lantrip, in the Liberty Community Cemetery.
