LIVINGSTON – A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 19, 2008, at Pace Funeral Home for Ava Marie White, 97, of Livingston. Graveside services and burial will be at Little Cemetery in Seminole, Okla. at 2 p.m. April 26.Mrs. White died on Monday, April 14, 2008 in Memorial Medical Center – Livingston. Mrs. White was born Sept. 3, 1910 in Shawnee, Okla. Preceding her in death are her father and mother, John Aaron and Anna Florence Moore Parsons; her husband of 54 years, David Onan White; brothers, Willie Parsons and Ralph Parsons and sisters, Laura Carter, Pearl Rainey, Beulah Birkicht and Inez Parsons. Survivors include her two daughters, Kathy Dale and husband Bob and Ava Ann Barton of Livingston; five grandchildren, David Dale of Gray, La., Wesley Dale and wife Nancy of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Elizabeth Vorpe of Houston, Lance and Linda Barton of Aubrey and Cris and Gwen Barton of Fort Worth and great-grandchildren, Amanda Vorpe, Lauren Dale, Alice Barton, Bobby Barton and Leslie Nixon.
