Funeral services for Mr. Barkley Dobson Stubbs of Hornbeck, were held at 3 p.m., Saturday, April 14, in Prewitts Chapel Baptist Church. Rev. LeRoy Chance, and Rev. Hoy Leach officiated.n Interment was in the Prewitts Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
Mr. Stubbs died at his residence at 2 p.m., Thursday, April 12, 1984, at the age of 63.
He is survived by his wife, Vera Stubbs, Hornbeck; one brother, Paul Willis Stubbs, Boswell, Okla.; four sisters, Mrs. Anita Thompson, College Station, Tex., Mrs. Grace Shatswell, Oklahoma City, Okla., Mrs. Lorene Peppard, Livingston, Tex., Mrs. Ethel Jackson, Livingston, Tex., and a host of nieces and nephews.
