Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Shrader Funeral Home, Arthur, the Rev. Kenneth Plummer officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Mattoon.
Visitation will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Ryan ws born Nov.21, 1901, in Brownstown, Ill., a daughter of Walter P. and Lucy Sefton Smith, she married Thomas Ryan May 27, 1937, in Mattoon. He preceded her in deaath in 1962.
Survivors include four sisters, Lilly Kanitz of Sullivan, Rosemary Donaldson of mahomet, Ruby Cordulack of Oak Park, and Lillian Kanitz of Tuscola.
She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
Mrs. Ryan was a retired elementary school teacher. She was a member of the United Methodisst Church, Mattoon.
