Thompson R. Cornwell, age 86, of Fite Avenue, passed away Friday morning May 5, 1972 in Lebanon.
Survived by seven daughters, Mrs. John E. Green, Mrs. James T. Phelps, both of Nashville, Mrs. Flippen Piper, Mrs. Isham Duke, Mrs. Norman Coley, all of Gallatin, Mrs. Claude Hailey, Mrs. Julian Cooksey, Jrs. both of Lebanon; Son, Thomas Rye Cornwell, Pleasant Shade; eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
Remains are at the chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where services will be conducted Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. Fred Evans will officiate.
