Phelps, both of Nashville, Mrs. Flippen Piper, Mrs. Isham Duke, Mrs. Norman Coley, all of Gallatin, Mrs. Claude Hailey, Mrs. Julian Cooksey, Jrs. both of Lebanon; Son, Thomas Rye Cornwell, Pleasant Shade; eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
Remains are at the chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where services will be conducted Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. Fred Evans will officiate.
