He was born September 5, 1933, in Custer County, Oklahoma, the last of the ten known children of Anthony Everett and Myrtle (Pierce) Osburn.
Buried in Klamath Memorial Park Cemetery.

After Julia's death, her parents went to Oklahoma, then to Klamath Falls, Oregon. After her father's death in 1948, and a brother's death in 1956, her mother went to Redding, in northern California, where I believe she died in 1977.
