Emma Lee Carter Tumio, 83, of Panama City, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Sunday, July 31, 2011. She was born in Baron, OK, and had lived in Panama City since 1982. Mrs. Tumio worked at the Bay County Council on Aging and had been a greeter at Wal Mart, as well as a caregiver. She was a faithful member of Springfield Community Church.

She was predeceased by her husbands, Fleet Carter and John Tumio, her parents, and 10 brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her children, Teresa G. Musser (Steve) and Ronald H. Carter (Rose Anna), all of Panama City and Johnnie and Joey Tumio, both of New Jersey; her brothers, Mac, Charles and Lester Bradford, all of Ohio, R. L. Bradford of California, Wayne Bradford of Oklahoma and Johnny Bradford of Missouri; her sisters, Patsy Nelson of Oklahoma and Kathleen Kinman of Nebraska; her grandchildren, Amber, Shawn, & Nicholas Musser and Lynell Warren, all of Panama City; and Michael and Christopher Carter, both of Alabama; her great-grandchildren, Samantha, Ryan, Jesse Shane, Cody, Cameron, Alexis and Cheyenne; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will begin at 3:00 PM Friday, August 5, 2011, at the Springfield Community Church with Rev. Donnie Jackson officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, August 4, 2011, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Mrs. Tumio's son and grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
