Dena I. DONOHO, 96, of Mt. Vernon died 11:35 a.m. Sept. 22, 1998, at Nature Trail Home.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. DONOHO was born Oct. 22, 1901, in Farmington, Mo., a daughter of Jackson M. and Nellie (AGNEW) McDANIEL. Aug. 25, 1920, in Farmington, Mo., she married John O. DONOHO, who died June 8, 1980.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at the Hughey Funeral Home with the Rev. Gale BREEZE officiating. Burial will be in Thomason Cemetery, Wayne City.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Hughey Funeral Home.
Mrs. DONOHO is survived by one son, Lee J. DONOHO and wife Louise of Bluford; two daughters, Pearl D. BECKHAM and husband Uhlan of Bonnie and E. Louise NEFF and husband Ruthven of Bluford; one daughter-in-law, Stella DONOHO of Mt. Vernon; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. DONOHO was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one son, Melvin DONOHO; five sisters; two brothers; and a great-grandson.
She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
