An Attack of Pneumonia Proves Fatal
Friday Night After less Than a Week's Illness.
Joseph Nowotny, a carpenter by trade, and a resident of Berg's addition, succumbed at midnight Friday night to an attack of pneumonia that had run less than a week. He was taken ill a week ago today.
The deceased was a native of Poland, and was 47 years of age. He came to Little Falls from Hamburg about twelve years ago, He was an industious man and quite prominent among the Polish residents of this city. He leaves a wife and six children.
the deceased was at the time of his death a member of the Little Falls tent. Knights of the Maccabees, In which order he carried $1,000 life lnsurance. he was also a member of the St. Joseph's society, a benevolent organization, which provides a death or funeral fund of about $200
The funeral wIll be held from the German Catholic church at 2:30 Sunday afternoon. both organizations of which he was a member will hold special meetings this evening to make arrangements for attending funeral in a body.
