BASILE Funeral services for Rodney Lee Johnson II, 46, of Basile, were held at 4 p.m. Monday in the chapel ' of Ardoin's Funeral Home here with burial in St. Augustine Cemetery. ; Mr. Johnson served as captain of the fire department in Lake Charles. He died Saturday at 6:25 p.m. in Crowley as the result of an accident. Survivors include his father, Adam Johnson of Basile; -his wife, Mrs. Lydia Trahan Johnson of Basile; two sons, Christopher Allen Johnson and Billy Keith Johnson of Lake Charles; a stepson, John Andrew Perrodin Jr. of Jennings; three daughters, Benetta Johnson, Mrs. Rebecca Ann Doty and Mrs. Elizabeth Wagster, all of Lake , Charles; four stepdaughters, Mrs, Dewanna Schynider and Mrs. Kaye Hebert of Crowley, Raydenna Lormand and Raydella Lormand of Basile; two brothers, Hubert Johnson of Basile and Robert Dale Johnson of Lake ; Charles; a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Andry of Lake Charles; nine grandchildren. Ardoin Funeral Home of Basile was in charge of arrangements.
