The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, Friday, April 9, 2004 at Eleven O'clock. Interment, Live Oak Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at STUHR'S WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL Thursday evening from Six until Eight O'clock. Helen was born in Anderson County, SC, December 1, 1919, the daughter of John Luther Bryant and Viola Lollis Bryant. She was a longtime service station manager of "Coker" Station on James Island. She was an avid Braves fan. Surviving are 1 son- Cary Talmadge Coker and his wife Libby of Cottageville, SC; 4 grandchildren- Christina E. Coker, Cari J. Coker, Christopher T. Garvalia, and Shannon E. Metts; 4 great grandchildren- Katalina and Kyler Garvalia, Samantha Metts, and Leanna Findley. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lowcountry Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 80459, Charleston, SC 29416-0459.
