He was preceded in death by his first wife, Patricia, who died in 1995.He is survived by his wife, Barbara Kingsland; one daughter Carol L. Clark McCutchan; one stepdaughter, Nancy K. Wellman; one stepson, Robert S. Kingsland; one brother, Fred J.; and three grandchildren.
A service will be held at 10 a.m. today at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road in Phoenix. A memorial gathering will be at 2 p.m. today at La Loma Village, 14154 Denny Blvd., in Litchfield Park.
