Jeanette Alice Tabor, 91, of McKinley Avenue died at 2:47 p.m. Sunday, March 7, 1999, at Columbus Regional Hospital.

She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene and Columbus Senior Center. She was a baby sitter who cared for more than 138 children over the years.

Funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Myers Funeral Service, Hathaway-Myers Chapel on Pearl Street, with the Rev. Robert Muncie officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.

Born March 26, 1907, in Brown County, she was the daughter of Frank and Delilah Curtis Hoover. She married Elliott Brand. He died in 1953. She married John Ross Tabor in 1955. He died in 1967.

Survivors include a daughter, Marjorie Walker of Columbus; grandsons, Steve and Gary Frazer, both of Columbus; a granddaughter, Cheri Harden of Columbus; eight great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters.

Funeral for Jeanette Alice Tabor, 91, of McKinley Avenue was conducted Wednesday at Myers Funeral Service, Hathaway-Myers Chapel, with the Rev. Robert Muncie officiating. Ruthann Stam was organist and the Rev. Muncie was soloist.

Burial was at Garland Brook Cemetery. Pallbearers were Steven, Sam, Steve and Gary Frazer, Eddie Knotts and Phil Harden.

Mrs. Tabor died Sunday, March 7, 1999, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
