Harold R. 'Bob Hunter' Winsett of Memphis, veteran radio and television announcer, died Friday at St. Francis Hospital after a short illness. He was 64. Mr. Winsett began his career at 16 as a radio announcer in Helena, Ark. He worked at stations in Garden City, Kan., Houston, Texas, Los Angeles, Oakland, San Francisco and Sacramento, Calif. In Memphis, he worked for radio stations WHHM and WMPS. He did many television tourism advertisements for Tennessee, Arkansas and Biloxi, Miss. He also was the announcer and narrator for fisherman Bill Dance's television shows. He was a Navy veteran. He leaves a daughter, Betty Lynn Winsett of Batesville, Miss.; a son, Mark Winsett of Phoenix, Ariz.; his mother and stepfather, Inez M. Burgess and E. M. 'Pete' Burgess, both of Memphis; a sister, Barbara W. Patterson of Memphis; four brothers, Marion H. Winsett, Billy G. Winsett and Walter P. Winsett, all of Houston, Texas, and E.
