ST. PAUL, KS -- Juanita Marie (Beery) Harris, 81, of St. Paul, Kansas, died Friday, Oct. 22, 2004, at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center in Chanute, Kansas.

She was born Jan. 14, 1923, in St. Paul, Kansas, to Iddo and Dolly (Moses) Beery.

She lived in St. Paul most of her life.

She married Cecil A. McDonald in March 1940 in Columbus. They divorced in 1946.

She married Frank C. Harris on Feb. 2, 1948. They lived in Parsons until 1960, then moved to St. Paul. He preceded her in death on Oct. 22, 1984.

She was a homemaker.

She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary at Erie, KS.

Survivors include three daughters, Sandra Gannaway of Galesburg, KS, Sherlinda Brown of St. Paul, KS, and Sharon McGowen of Erie, KS; 15 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Evelyn McKinzie.

She was preceded in death by a great-great-grandchild; a brother; and two sisters.

Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be at a later date.

Memorials to Horizon Hospice may be left at Penwell-Gabel Gibson Chapel of Chanute, KS.
