R. B. Killian, 86, of Paris died Saturday, Oct. 2 1999 at Christus St. Joseph's Hospital. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 4 at the chapel of Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home with the Rev. Byron Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Hopewell Cemetery.
He was born Jan. 5, 1913 in Monkstown to Moses Hardin and Rene England Killian. He married Letha McMinn on July 6, 1935 in Hugo, Okla. He retired in 1975 from the Ford Motor Company where he was employed as an assembler in California. He was affiliated with the Assembly of God.
He is survived by his wife; four children, Wayne Killian, Leroy Killian, Mary Tracy, and Don Killian; five grandchildren, Jeff, Penny, Patty, Rhonda, and Cindy; eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Johnnie Hayes; and several nieces and nephews.'
