Thomas G. Riale, 86, died Thursday in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Elsmere after a short illness.
Mr. Riale retired in 1947 from the Wilmington Police Department after 25 years as a patrolman.
His wife, Beatrice M. died in 1965. He is survived by a son, William T.; daughter, Beatrice Baughman; sister, Helen R. Cleaver, and one grandchild.
Graveside services Monday afternoon, in the Rosebank Cemetery, Calvert, MD.
