Coalport - Cecil E. Keith, 50, Coalport, died at 1:05 p.m. yesterday at the home of his brother, David, in Coalport. He was born in Blain City, Oct. 22, 1922, a son of James and Sarah (Gallaher) Keith. He is survived by his wife, the former Helen Parks and these children: Herman, Berwinsdale; Louis, David and Tammy, at home. A grandson, Herman Jr., also survives along with these brothers and sisters: David and William, Coalport; Carl, Meadville; Mrs. Agnes Peacock and Mrs. Louise Korinchak, Coalport and Mrs. Mary McCully and Mrs. Delcie Campbell, Irvona. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters. He was a veteran of World War II, member of the Richard L. Beers VFW Post, Coalport and the United Mine Workers of America. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday from the Wendell W. Lloyd Funeral Home, Irvona. The Rev. Dennis Sproull will officiate, with interment in the Beaver Valley Cemetery, Flinton. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 p.m. today until the hour of services.
