Son of Joseph Saville and (maybe) Lydia Pultz Saville (or Martha Farra Saville). Married Mary Shanholtzer on 16 September 1801. Oliver served in the War of 1812 under Commander Lt. Colonel Samuel Porter. Awarded bounty land: 40 acres on 3 March 1855 and his wido received an additional 120 acres on 11 March 1856.
