Daniel Clifford Alexander, 87, died Sunday, December 21, 2003, at Memorial Health University Medical Center. The Tattnall County native was a retired school bus driver and a farmer. He was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
He is survived by his wife, Eva Alexander of Collins; one son, Jerry Alexander of Claxton; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 23, at Cobb Funeral Home, Reidsville Chapel, with Elder Frank Waggle officiating. Burial was in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Dale Alexander, Gary Alexander, Larry Calloway, Paul Evans, Dave Newman, Kenny Reese, Bobby Hower, and Herbert Gerrard.
Cobb Funeral Home of Reidsville, Georgia, was in charge of the arrangements.
