Mrs. Sterling was a native of Delaware County. She resided in Jackson Twp. for many years before removing to Middle Point. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Hattie Derwort, Mrs. Emma Ashbaugh, Mrs. Margaret Klinger, and Mrs. Emma Snodgrass; two sons, Charles Sterling and Frank Sterling; sister, Mrs. Lucy Weldy; and a brother, Charles Longwell.
