Beulah Dora (Anderson) Hines, 90, was born in Copan, Oklahoma, on August 19, 1909, to Henry Allen and Odessa (Chapman) Anderson. She was reared and received her education in Copan.

Beulah and George Jasper Robinson were married in Copan in 1926. Mr. Robinson was active in oil field development. They had three children, Virginia, Virgil, and Joneeda Anderson. After Mr. Robinson's death in 1934, Beulah married Owen Lucas on March 13, 1939 in Pawnee, Oklahoma. Owen and Beulah were well known in ranching circles for several years. After Mr. Lucas' death in 1966, Beulah married Homer Hines in 1974 in Miami, Oklahoma and they made their home in the Copan community. After Mr. Hines' death in 1982, Beulah continued to reside in Copan. She was employed by the United States Postal Service in Copan for thirteen years until she retired. Mrs. Hines was a lifelong member of the Copan First Baptist Church.

Beulah Dora (Anderson) Hines died on Wednesday, August 25, 1999, in Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. Funeral services were held Friday, August 27, 1999, in Dewey, under the direction of Arnold Moore Funeral Home of Dewey. Mrs. Hines was buried in the Dewey Cemetery.
