Woman From Burney Is Crash Victim
AMERICAN FALLS, Idaho AP--Mrs. Augusta M. Lynch, 65, of Burney, Calif., and two persons from Prineville, Ore., were killed in the headon collision of a station wagon and truck near here.
Two persons were hurt in the crash yesterday.
One Is Critical
Sheriff Rulon Neal identified the other dead as James B. Lynch, 19, and Mrs. Olive Mae Lynch, 35. Neal said he does not know the relationship of the three victims, all of whom were in the station wagon, because the only survivor in the Lynch car, Norman E. Lynch, 49, also of Prineville, is in critical condition and unable to talk.
Norman, believed to be James Lynch's brother, was taken to the American Falls Hospital.
Augusta Lynch recently lived in Anderson, Calif.
Pocatello Driver
Robert H. Curzon, 51, of Pocatello, Idaho, driver of the truck, was taken to Bannock Memorial Hospital there for treatment.
Neal stated the truck was headed east toward Pocatello and the station wagon west when they met on the highway about four miles east of here. Neal reported the truck apparently went out of control and skidded into the west-bound lane of the hospital.
