WILLIAMS, Max T., 56, of Macedonia, died Aug. 9, 1974 at Franklin Hospital. Mr. WILLIAMS, a lifelong resident of the area, had been in ill health for six years. He was an iron worker until forced to retire by disability. He was a veteran of WWII, and a member of the United Methodist Church of Macedonia. He is survived by his wife, Dimple O'NEIL WILLIAMS; four children, Miss Carole WILLIAMS, Enfield; Robert WILLIAMS, Valier; Mrs. Janice MARLANE, West Frankfort and Dan Joe WILLIAMS at home, and a step-son, David Newbury, West Kalamazoo, MI., and a half-brother, Dr. Joe R. WILLIAMS, Manteno. Funeral services at the Macedonia Methodist Church, Rev. Mary ERWIN and Rev. Glen FISHER officiating. Arrangements at Mitchell Funeral Home in Benton.
Interment in Macedonia Cemetery.
