Funeral service for Mrs. S. H. Townsend of Phoenix, Ariz., who died here Tuesday, will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Forest Chapel Church near Chicota, by the Rev. A. L. Lusby, Methodist pastor. Burial will be make in Forest Chapel Cemetery by Brown-Roden Funeral Home, with Carroll Caldwell, Raymond McAnally, Buck Frierson, Ray Davis, Joe Reid and J. G. Brunson as pallbearers.
Mrs. Townsend, formerly Miss Mary Chloe Campbell, was on her way to Chicago to visit her mother, Mrs. George W. Campbell, when she became ill. Taken to St. Joseph's Hospital here, she died Tuesday afternoon.
