In Sulphur Springs
Ezra Power Basham. 69, died at a Sulphur Springs rest home last Saturday at 3 pm. He had been a resident there for the past two years.
Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Reed Basham, he was born in Delta County March 20, 1892.
Funeral services were held last Monday at 2 pm. at McDonald Funeral Home, with interment in Pierce Cemetery in Lake Creek. The Rev J. E. Wilkinson, pastor of the Cooper Assembly of God Church, officiated at the
rites.
Survivors include two brothers. J. H. Bashem, Paris, and C. M Basham, Cooper; a sister, Mrs. Jennie Watson, Dallas; and several nieces and nephews.
