DAVID SCOTT FUTCH, infant son of Anchorage residents David Futch and Sherry Echuck, died at birth Jan. 14, 2001, at Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage. A funeral was held at Evergreen Memorial Chapel, Eighth Avenue and E Street, with burial following at Anchorage Memorial Park Cemetery.
