A religious service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Montegut Baptist Mission in Montegut for Adam Patrick Gregoire Sr., 38, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Lockport, who died at 1:40 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, 1996.Visitation will be 5 to 10 p.m. today at Falgout Funeral Home of Lockport and 8 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.Burial will be in Dugas Cemetery in Montegut.He was the husband of Lynn Guidry Gregoire; son of Louis Gregoire; father of Adam Jr., Eric, Gail and Angelene Gregoire, brother of Charles and Genevieve Gregoire; stepbrother of Kirby Ollie, Ernest Courteaux and Patrick Gregoire; half-brother of Mary Domangue, Lois Randal, Laura Collins, Judy Guidry, Mary Gregoire and Rosella Hodge.He was preceded in death by his mother, Eva G.
