Robert C. Philbrook of Shingletown passed away on Oct. 23, 2008, at Willow Springs Special Care Center in Redding. He was 86.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Marjorie; son Richard (Gail); daughter Jennifer (Jim) Sheehan of Springfield, Ill; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, Nov. 17, at 1 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery in Red Bluff.
