Ebeneezer Miller Forman was a Baptist Minister/Circuit Preacher. He was born in St. Landry Parish, Louisiana, the son of William Forman and Susan Cole. He married Apolona Elizabeth Perkins in Louisiana. The family moved to the Houston area about 1862, and after The War Between the States moved to Independence, and then on to Llano County, Texas. They had the following known children:

Ada Susan (married Thomas Jefferson Alexander)
Jacob C.
Albert E.
Hattie
Pearl E.

Both Ebeneezer and Apolonia are buried in the Bluffton Cemetery.
