Vina Mae Nottingham, age 87 of Hudson,KY died Monday, 11-10-2008 at Medco Center in Hardinsburg,KY. She was born in Breckinridge County on 2-8-1921, the daughter of the late Basil and Bertha Williams Dowell. She was a homemaker, an avid quilter and member of Fairview United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husbands : Dennie Sutton and Willard Nottingham, 1 brother: Paul Dowell and 2 sisters: Beulah Norton and Belva Basham.
Vina is survived by 2 children: Elaine (Russell) Lucas of Hudson,KY
Bradley (Marsha) Sutton of Harned,KY
1 stepdaughter: Linda (Jim) Holloway of Leitchfield,KY
4 grandchildren: Judy Montgomery, Heather Smith, Darren Sutton and Leslie Bishop
3 great grandchildren: Anthony & Eli Smith, Coby Bishop
1 sister: Ruth Norton of Hardinsburg,KY
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, 11-13-2008 at 1PM CST at Fairview United Methodist Church with Rev. E J Saint officiating. Burial will be in the Horsley Chapel Cemetery. Visitation at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Wednesday from 3:30 - 8:00PM CST and after 8:30AM CST Thursday.
