Frances F. Barton, 83, of 3376 Midway Rd., Marion, died Tuesday, August 8, 1995, at Crestview Acres Nursing Home, Marion, following a legthy illness. Frances was born the daughter of Thomas Howard and Lorettua Ursala (Pierce) Harger on August 26, 1911 in Center Point. On October 11, 1940, she married Robert L. Barton in Conroe, Texas. He died November 11, 1989. Frances was a member of Toddville Free Methodist Church.
Surviving are nephews and nieces.
Services: 1 PM Thursday, August 10, 1995 at Murdoch Funeral Home in Marion, Iowa. Conducted by: Rev. Jay Davis. Organist: Bethel Sylvester. Burial: Dunkard Cemetery, rural Toddville, Iowa.
