Robert Swinsburg died at his home, at the age of 82. He was a Veteran of the Navy and Coast Guard, and a member of the Draper's Valley Presbyterian Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hazel (Simms) Swinsburg and John Swinsburg, a son, Terry Lee Swinsburg, a brother, Jack Swinsburg, and a sister, Ruth Swinsburg. He is survived by: His wife of 56 years, IvaJo (Clark) Swinsburg, of Draper, Virginia, three sons, Stephen Swinsburg of Belton, South Carolina, Rev. Robin Swinsburg, of Belpre, Ohio, and Roger Swinsburg, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, a daughter, Carol Cavendish of Pulaski, Virginia, and three brothers, Wayne Swinsburg of Edison, New Jersey, Rolan Swinsburg, of Ocala, Florida, and Bruce Swinsburg, of Sommerville, New Jersey, plus 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
