Rozier Catts, youngest son of Former Florida Governor & Mrs. Sidney J Catts, died at the Bay Pines Veterans' Hospital at St. Petersburg, FL. The body reached DeFuniak Wednesday morning following his death on Monday, and was interred in Magnolia cemetery following service at Catt's home. Mr Catts survived by a widow Elaine and 3 children: Rosier Dulaney Catts, Jr, Lillian Catts, and Virginia Ruth Catts.

Little Virginia was a mere 9 years old when her father died. He served in WWI and did his basic training in Key West where he met his bride. Even against his father's beliefs, he took a Roman Catholic bride. The family was enumerated in the FL State Census 1935 in Dade County, FL.
