Mabel Ellen Davis, age 45, of Summers, Arkansas, died Saturday, January 25, 1964, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident east of Prairie Grove.
She was born April 6, 1918 in Armstrong County, Texas, the daughter of Walter Ray and Amie (Nichols) Blanton.
She had lived in Summers for 15 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother Herman Ray Blanton.
She is survived by a son, Perry Davis; two daughters, Barbara and Glenda; two brothers, Archie Blanton and Walter Ray Blanton; and three sisters, Ruby Pearl Stephens, Roberta Parker and Opal Sorrell.
Funeral Services are at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 30, 1964 at the Summers Baptist Church.
Burial is in Summers Cemetery, at Summers, Arkansas, under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home.
