Addie Jewell (Lowry) Eoff was the daughter of Harley Jackson "Jack" Lowry, a native of Arkansas, and Flora Whitson, a native of Oklahoma. Addie was born in Lenna, McIntosh County, Oklahoma and was raised in that county where her father farmed his lifetime. She had brothers, Balford (?) and Ralph Lowry and sisters, Mildred, Bernice, Beatrice, Bonnie, Wanda and Louise.

Addie married (Oswald) Cuthbert Eoff November 1, 1931 in Eufaula, McIntosh County, Oklahoma. He was the son of Demarkus Lafayette "Mark" Eoff and Sarah Katherine "Cassie" Talley. Addie and Cuthbert's children were Wanda June, Cuthbert (d.y.), Catherine Jewell, Harley Melvin, Oswald Garland (d. age 19), Mildred Viola and Howard Randolph Eoff (d.y.)

"Eloy--Visitation for Jewel Eoff, 82, of Eloy is scheduled 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at Valley Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at the chapel with the Rev. Bryce Pelran officiating. Burial will be in South Lawn Cemetery in Tucson.
"Mrs Eoff was born Feb 5, 1909 in Lena, Okla and lived in the Eloy area for 36 years.
"She died Oct 28, 1991, at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center. She is survived by three daughters, Viola Jones of Casa Grande, Catherine Rose of Willcox, and Wanda Liverman of Show Low; one brother** (note-son), Melvin Eoff of Vancouver, Washington; six sisters, Mildred Holton, Bernice Standridge and Beatrice Flower, all of Eloy, Bonnie Duran of Mesa, Betty Davis of Westville, Okla and Louise Brown of Henrietta, Okla; 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren"
