Luella A. Smith
ARLINGTON, VA - Luella A. (Albright) Smith, 93, formerly of York and Brodbecks, died Tuesday, October 28, 2008, at Sunrise Assisted Living in Arlington.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Geiple Funeral Home, Inc., 53 Main St., Glen Rock, with the Rev. Ed Robbins, pastor of Zion Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in St. Jacob's (Stone) Church Cemetery, Glenville. A visitation with family and friends will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Smith was born on September 14, 1915, in York, a daughter of the late Henry C. and Daisy (Derr) Albright.
She was employed as an Administrative Assistant with the Federal Department of Commerce for over 35 years.
She leaves a son, James A. Smith of Grand Prairie, Texas; eight nieces and nephews; and was a great-aunt of 18 and great-great-aunt of nine.
