He was born Oct. 31, 1893 in Red River County, Tx and came to Runnels County, Tx in 1905. he farmed near Hatchel and retired in 1958 when he moved to Ballinger. He was married to Verlon Beddo Nov. 3, 1912 in Hatchel.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, J. P. Cox of San Angelo and Arvill Cox of Snyder; a sister, Mrs. H. K. Dickinson of Ballinger; 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grand-children.
Thomas & Verlon Beddo Cox only had 2 Sons & 1 Daughter.
