Paul R. Bissler, an employe of the S. C. Bissler and Sons, Inc. firm 33 years, died early today in Robinson Memorial Hospital. He was 67. (Ed. Note: line of type missing) a month and was hospitalized Friday night. His home was at 485 Needham Ave., Kent.

Employed at the Bissler Furniture Store as a salesman, he was a nephew of the late Samuel C. Bissler.

A native of Suffield, he had lived in the county all his life. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church.

Mr. and Mrs. Bissler celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary November 26. A family dinner was held in their honor at the home of their son-in-law and daughhter, Mr. and Mrs. Richard H. Richards, 1312 N. Mantua St., Kent.

Besides his wife, he leaves three sons, William L., David M. and Danny R., all of Kent; two daughters, Mrs. Richards, and Miss Betty A. Bissler, both of Kent; eight grandchildren; three brothers, Carl J. of Stony Creek, N. Y.; Victor E. of Mogadore, Edmund L. of Suffield; and three sisters, Mrs. Susan Shanafelt, Mrs. Ruth Butler and Mrs. Mary K. Denny, all of Suffield.
