Son of Samuel "Webster" and Lydia Maria Lathrop Brown; John W. Brown (as linked below) is George's twin brother. The listing of his mother's first name as Sarah on his death certificate apparently refers rather to his mother-in-law (Sarah Savage). The following was published in the newspaper Richfield (UT) Reaper on 1921-01-06:

George A. Brown who has been afflicted with cancer for some time died on December 23 and was buried on the 26th. He leaves the following children: George H. Brown, Lee Brown, Ebb Brown, and Emily Hatch of Koosharem, Bertha Parsons of Monroe and Sarah Montague of Coyoto, Mrs Joseph Kasier and Kenneth Brown of Greenwich and a host of friends wherever he was known to mourn his demise for he was beloved by all who knew him. He was a loving father, a devoted husband and a noble citizen.

His mother Lydia is a 5th cousin of U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt (common ancestor - LT Jonathan Delano, Sr.).
